Following Jesus was never meant to be a solo journey. This ongoing, coed group is a space to learn what it looks like to follow Jesus together. Each week, we’ll return to the Scripture preached on Sunday and sit with it again—listening, reflecting, and helping one another notice how God’s Word meets us in everyday life. In conversation with one another, we learn not just what the text says, but how it shapes how we live. Our time together follows a simple, shared rhythm: * Two worship songs to help us settle in and turn our attention toward God. * A facilitated conversation led by Loren and Delight, where we make observations from the passage and learn from one another’s perspectives. * Prayer together, trusting God with what we’re becoming. * Light snacks and time to be present with one another. No Bible knowledge or church background is required. Whether you’re just beginning to explore faith or have been following Jesus for years, this group is designed for growth together. This group is open to men and women. Nursing babies are welcome. At this time, due to the absence of childcare, this will be a kid-free group. Come as you are. Bring your Bible, your questions, and your willingness to walk with others as we learn to follow Jesus—together.

This Bible study is a welcoming space for women ages 50 and up to gather around God’s Word, grow in faith, and build meaningful friendships. Together, we’ll belong by sharing life, stories, prayer, and encouragement in a safe and caring community. No matter where you are in your faith journey, you are welcome here. We’ll believe by opening the Bible together—learning, asking questions, and seeking to understand who God is and how His Word speaks to our lives today. And as we walk with Jesus and with one another, we’ll become more like Him—growing in wisdom, hope, and a faith that continues to shape every season of life. Come as you are. This group is designed as a child-free space so women can focus on conversation and connection. Bring your Bible, your questions, and your story. We’re excited to grow together.

My family didn’t attend church, however, so I didn’t really grow in the Lord until I was in high school. At that time, two major events happened in my life: I was exposed to missions, and I was sanctified. After marrying Mark, a man who also had a call to the mission field, we worked at WGM’s headquarters in Marion, Indiana, as I finished my degree in education. In 1989, we headed to Honduras, where we served for twenty-three years. After that we headed to Mexico, where we currently serve. Our life on the mission field has never been boring! I have done everything from helping put out forest fires and serving as superintendent of a high school to delivering pigs and leading Bible studies. Now I have the privilege of serving as the Area Team Leader of Mexico and Assistant Regional Director of the Americas. Leftovers will be opened for lunch on Sunday if your driver has time. ************** Transportation ************** Due to limited parking and riders needing to be matched to cars, there will be assigned drivers and their riders. All effort will be made to keep buddies together. ************* What to Bring ************* Must bring: * Bad weather clothes * Swimsuit * Toiletries and shower items including towel/s * Medicine * Money: for gas to your driver and food stops to and from * Personal mug / cup (easy to find) * Inside slippers/socks/barefeet * Pen/pencil * Bible (app on phone or paper) Could bring: * Journal * Favorite coffee for coffee maker (in the past it has been coffee grounds) * Flashlight * If you run hot, bring a personal fan. * If you run cold, bring extra blanket. * Sleeping bag ********************* Cost $140 per person. ********************* If money is a struggle right now, no worries!
